Answers: We always try to see dental emergency patients on the same day and have emergency slots available to treat clients that have been experiencing tooth ache or have lost or broken a filling.

Answer: Yes we do accept new clients at the practice.
Question: Do you accept health funds and can I process them on the day of treatment?
Answer: Yes we accept all major health funds and can process the fees through Hicaps on the day of treatment. We can also process Veteran affairs payments at the practice.
Question: How much will my health fund cover?
Answer: All health funds vary in the rebates they cover. Your out of pocket expenses can vary depending on your level of cover or your health insurance policy.
Question: How much will treatment cost?
Answer: Treatment cost can vary depending on the time taken and materials used. It is hard to give you an estimate of costs without a thorough examination. After an examination a quote can be given.
Question: Do you offer payment plans?
Answer: Yes we can offer payment plans for treatment. We can set up a payment plan through MySmilePlan allowing you up to 15 months interest free for your dental visit. (Conditions apply).
Question: Do I need xrays?
Answer: We recommend that all new clients have an initial set of xrays to check for cavities, We have low dose digital radiographs at the clinic. Sometimes you may be referred to the xray clinic in Newstead for a scan of all your teeth.
Question: How often should I have a check-up?
Answer: It is advisable to have regular checks and screening every 6 months. It is more cost effective for you to maintain regularly visits and fix any issues early before they become bigger problems requiring more extensive and expensive treatment.
Question: Do you provide tooth whitening and how long does it take?
Answer: We do offer tooth whitening products at the clinic. Tooth whitening takes approximately 1 week but this time will vary depending on individual circumstances.
Question: Do you offer specialist treatment?
Answer: Yes we have a number of specialist located in the area including an Endodontist (Root canal specialist), a Periodontist (Gum specialist), a Prosthodontist, Orthodontist and an Oral Surgeon.
Question: Can I park at the clinic
Answer: Yes the clinic has onsite car parking.
